The Thailand Lahu Development Foundation (TLDF) is a local Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) based throughout Northern Thailand. The foundation’s mandate is in social services, having clearly defined boundaries separating it from any religious agenda it operates as a secular NGO. Though, TLDF works with 90 TLBC member-church villages, it’s outreach focuses on non-church members of Lahu ethnic groups with diverse religious backgrounds who are living in Thailand.
