On Wednesday April 3,2019, Mr. Sievert Larsson , the President of CYF, on behalf of CYF and Mr. Patana Sangsriroujana the Deputy Governor-Strategy of The Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT),on behalf of EGAT, officially signed the MOU .
We launched the Create Your Future Foundation in Thailand with a very successful dinner the 23rd of January. Around 100 participants. VIP´s the Swedish Ambassador Staffan Herrström, Ong-Art Klamplaiboon and Thirachai Phuvanatnaranubala. Speakers from New Life Center, CYF Northern Program and SET.
Sievert Larsson grew up in Majorna in Gothenburg, during his studies at the office school of SKF in the early 1960s, he learned both accounting, and new computer technology that was then its infancy.
Each year, New Life Center Foundation receives over 100 scholarship applications. Any young man or woman from a hilltribe background may apply for a SLSF scholarship. Applications are reviewed thoroughly
The Sievert Larsson Scholarship Foundation has always donated at least 95% of its resources to Thai students or Thai causes. In the past, this was done from abroad.
